Château La Chaire Hotel & Restaurant is a grade II listed house in Jersey renowned for its luxurious rooms, fine dining and warm, friendly service. You get a sense of being away from it all as soon as you arrive.
The traditional country pub, The Rozel Pub & Dining, is one of the busiest and best in Jersey. It’s the only pub in the island recommended by the MIchelin Guide. The food is superb, the beer is cold and the service friendly and welcoming.
Rooms
Classic Rooms
There are five Classic rooms available and each varies in shape and size due to their location on the top floor of the house where the roof eaves play their part. All are individual in style but the same amenities are offered in each.
Superior Rooms
There are four Superior rooms available and all located on the first floor of the house. All are of good size and stylish decor. Room 12, Daisy, is particularly popular with the roll top bath at the end of the bed. All are individual in style but the same amenities are offered in each.
Superior Room & Balcony
There are three Superior rooms with balcony available and all located on the first floor of the house and overlook the terrace & valley. Rooms 5 & 6 have particularly large balconies which include dining tables and sun loungers.
Suite
There is just one suite with its own balcony and is located on the first floor of the house overlooking the terrace & valley. The suite has a large lounge area, separate bedroom and large bathroom with en-suite spa and shower.
Eating & Drinking
Fine dining at our 3 AA Rosette La Chaire Restaurant or casual dining at our Michelin recommended country pub with its traditional home cooked menu.
